The All Stars Bookkeeping team use their own method of screening and testing of candidates.  In addition to standard questioning techniques, scenarios are presented to potential candidates, which they are required to assess and comment.

Bookkeepers are asked to explain the
steps involved in the BAS process using both manual and computerised systems.

Business development candidates are
given a business case study and financial reports. They must strategise areas of improvement with justification.
